About Nogueira Sparico

A foreign company can set up a company in Brasil or take part either as a partner or a shareholder of a Brazilian company already established, however, it is mandatory to get a legal ownership in Brasil through the registration at the Revenue Office (Receita Federal do Brasil – RFB).

The Brazilian legislation demands from the foreign companies to name an attorney-in-law who must be Brazilian or a foreigner duly registered in Brazil, living in the country with powers to legally represent these companies, act and receive services of process on their behalf.

To fulfill this market demand, our office was established in 2013 in order to specifically act as the representation of foreign companies and to assist these companies in the early stages of their businesses in Brasil.

Services

In this sense, our office acts basically in these areas: attorney-in-law services for: (i) foreign investors (individual or company) and non-resident members of executive boards; (ii) pre-purchase financing pool and international bidding processes; and (iii) administrator/director of Brazilian companies.

Our office was welcome in the market and now we work with companies from different parts of the world, acting in all the areas and working together with law firms chosen by our clients and also with their own legal departments.

In order to fulfill the needs of our clients, we also offer the services listed below:

Register of foreign investment in Brazil and/or Brazilian investment abroad through the Central Bank of Brazil (IDE and ROF) in order to enable capital inflow and outflow for: (i) investments; (ii) send profitable sums; (iii) investment payoff (ROI); (iv) loans with non-residents; financial statements and declarations.



Tax and virtual address – we offer address references in the city of São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro and we are able to meet the client’s needs in other cities in Brasil as well.
